Refund policy

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling products containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil and they contain < 0.3% Delta 9 THC. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol).

Please email greenersidewellness2020@gmail.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you. If you are still wanting to return your unopened product, please see below what is considered an acceptable return and our Returns Process.

You may return, only products that are damaged, unopened, unused and re-sellable products, within 10 calendar days of receiving your product with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or damaged after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect item or damaged item.

**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been open or used.**

Returns Process:

1)  Email us at greenersidewellness2020@gmail.com as soon as possible to alert us that you will be returning your damaged, unopened, unused and re-sellable product within the 10 day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2)  Once you have shipped your product back to us - please also email the tracking number to greenersidewellness2020@gmail.com so we can track the return.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and we can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened and re-sellable product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
